Basic Assembling Unit:
1. High-speed Saw Mill crusher can crusher all kinds of fluff pulp. A) Pulp rack, adopt pneumatic elevation device, can loading two pulp rolls B) Pulp supplying amount adopts frequency-converter, adjusted automatically according to production speed, guarantee the evenness for one piece in high and low production speed. C) Saw mill crushing capacity can up to 350-400KGS/hour. 2. Fluff core adopt aggregate device supplying unit. 3. SAP mixed with pulp supplying unit. SAP adding amount controlled by non-step transmission, and automatically adjustment to follow up main machine speed. 4. Fluff core wrapped by tissue paper unit, core wrapped tightly, not easy loose. 5. Fluff core embossing unit, embossing shape can be designed as per clients’ request. Driving system:
